Florida vs Georgia – Top Performers OL/DL

Florida vs Georgia – Top Performers OL/DL

Tyreak Sapp – Team Florida
8th Grade

Defensive Line

The #1 ranked DL and the #5 overall ranked prospect in the 2021 class came to play.  If he wasn’t in the backfield making plays then he was chasing the ball carrier down from behind.  Impressed how he played his last play of the game like he played his first play of the game…FULL SPEED

Jack Nickel – Team Georgia
7th Grade
Defensive Line

The #3 ranked player in the 2022 class did not disappoint.  Jack ended the game with a couple of sacks, a forced fumble and TD reception.  Won the overall MVP for the 7th Grade game.

Cedric Washington – Team Georgia
7th Grade
Defensive Line

Washington is a terror coming off the edge.  Had plenty of plays where he either made the tackle in the backfield or had a major impact on the play by being in the backfield.

Latrell Bullard – Team Georgia
7th Grade
Offensive Line

Eventhough he is more of a defensive lineman he played great on the offensive side of the ball.  Being able to pick up blitzes that were key to Team Georgia being able to move the ball and solidify a good pocket for the QB.

Jacobie Baugh
8th Grade
Defensive Line

Made multiple plays in the backfield, played with a high motor all game long which kept him in plays. Had multiple QB sacks, was named the overall MVP of the 8th Grade game.

Xavier Agostino – Team Georgia
7th Grade
Offensive Line

Had a great game on the offensive line.  Barely getting beat and when the DL was able to get a step on him he was able to wash the up field.

Thomas Fryer – Team Florida
6th Grade
Defensive Line

Played well, got in the backfield and was very productive.  In the pass game his long frame was able to bat a couple of passes down.

Thomas Richard – Team Florida
7th Grade
Defensive Lineman

Long defensive lineman that was able to penetrate the backfield with a constant motor.  Used more of the bull rush technique and was effective.  When he was able to get a good jump off the snap he was unstoppable.

Brock Winston  – Team Florida
8th Grade
Offensive Lineman

Was able to solidify the offensive line and help pick up blitzes, had a very productive game.

Jahari Clemons – Team Florida
7th Grade
Defensive Line

Played consistently over the course of the entire game.  Was very productive getting in the backfield and changing running lanes for the RB

Weston Franklin – Team Georgia
8th Grade
Offensive Line

Known as one of the top Offensive Linemen in the country Weston did a great job in the game where he was facing a lot of speed and various blitzes.  Man on Man blocking he was a monster as he dominated the line of scrimmage

George Jackson – Team Georgia
8th Grade
Offensive Lineman

The 6”3 300 pounder came to play.  There were a lot of plays that required him to make it to the second level and he was efficient.  He shined in man to man blocking where he was able to solidify the right side and had two pancakes on the day

Darnell Sapp – Team Georgia
6th Grade
Offensive Line

Darnell was the difference on the offensive line for Team Georgia as he constantly won at the second level.  When the scheme asked him to block down he literally cleared out the entire right side.  When asked to block man he was dominant.

Cortez West
6th Grade
Defensive Line

Cortez gave great effort all game long as his energy was able to help him make plays in the backfield which lead to sacks and tackles for loss.
