The Thunder look to rebound from last years championship defeat with a big win.
Last year the Thunder were blowing teams out by 20 points per game. They were on a mission straight to the championship and then they ran into a team that could not be denied, the Heat were led by last year B2C Player of the Year Cam Davis. Cam controlled the entire game by regulating the Thunder press. Since the Thunder were not able to force turnovers it pretty much eliminated their offense. The result was a one point loss and a season of hard work with a goal of a championship that cam short.
With that loss still lingering in the minds of the players and coaches the Thunder looked focused again on a championship. It doesn’t seem like they want to win a championship it seem s like that is the only option they have given themselves this year.
The game between the Magic and the Thunder was competitive in the early beginning as the Magic brought one of the best crowds in youth sports “The Magic Crazies”. Unfortunately for the Magic the Thunder are focused on a bigger prize and they are sending a message every time they hit the hardwood.
At the end of the game the Thunder had a 30-point victory and a focus on who is next.
