Grayson AN led by Coach Larry pulled off a great win against their Grayson AS. When these two teams combine at the 8th Grade level they are going to be a team to reckon with. The SCFL will be all the talk this weekend as McDonough plays a very good Fayette team and Central Dekalb plays a high powered North Henry team. There will be an upset out of one of these two games if both of the top teams look past this weekend semifinals. No matter what happens expect both games to be a great contest. Their is a Semifinal match that is going under the radar right now with the Atlanta Vikings playing the Lambert Longhorns, both teams are physical, both teams are well coached and discipline. This will will come down to who makes better adjustments after halftime. Both teams know each other so well that once adjustments are made after halftime the game will become more interesting. South Cobb or Ben Hill can look to make their way to the B2C Championship Series this weekend by wining the MAYFL Championship. The NWGYFL Semifinals will be good as any team could win the championship in that league. Acworth, Hiram, and East all have a legitimate shot at winning the whole thing.
