The GMSAA Playoffs are becoming a good show as the top teams advance and are looking to go at it on the field soon. Mill Creek is considered the best team in the GFL but they have to take on a South Gwinnett team that is rolling right now. The Comets can put up points in bunches very quickly. Which one will punch their ticket to the B2C Championship Series. The Vikings are responding as we knew they would as they had a statement game against McIntosh, sending a message to the rest of the 11U Division that they are making sure everyone hasn’t forgotten about them and what they can do on the field. Last year Central Dekalb peaked early but fizzled out towards the end of the sea on, hopefully Coach Val and the parents can help keep this team focused as they are starting to approach what we like to call the “real season” and the other teams are coming to get them. Hillgrove has to face a Rome team that will give them everything they can handle as this will be a game of two teams. Hillgrove can put the ball in the air, Rome can absolutely take your heart in the running game as they believe in pounding it between the tackles. Eventhough the Rome RB is considered one of the best in the his league look for this to be his coming out party as the stage will be set for him to put in his bid for the B2C Player of the Year.
