Hillgrove had a big win last week and now they must do it again as they take on McEachern who were the runner ups last year in the GMSAA. Jonesboro Ducks are making some noise as they have a good chance to run the tables because of how the schedule is set up. Union City is proving the doubters wrong about their early season start as some said it was a fluke. They continue to play at a high level. Welcome All is in the middle of a historic run as they have a chance to open the season by beating 4 ranked teams in the first five weeks of play. No one has ever had a schedule like this and made it through, it will be interesting to see if they can continue to play at such a high level. Gwinnett Chargers are trying to overcome early troubles and are motivated as they proved it on the field this past weekend. They have one of the most talented teams in the southeast, now they just have to get the pieces playing together. How about the Atlanta Colts, Coach Larry just continues to win as the move to the NWGYFL hasn’t hampered them at all. They are starting to enter the conversation of being considered for the Frank Ski Youth Bowl.
