#1 ranked North Henry took care of business by going into Wade Walker park and beating the #3 ranked Central Dekalb Jaguars at their home. There win in overtime proved that this team is built to win and if you are planning to beat them your team needs to be prepared to go 4 quarters. #2 ranked Welcome All Panthers went on the road to play #5 ranked Fayette County Blue Devils. Welcome All looked impressive as the coaching staff has made the adjustment to 12U football. They were probably the most impressive team of the week. Now they will have another challenge this week as they face the Tucker Lions who will be very well prepared for the game. The Atlanta Vikings linebacker core better get ready as they have a battle on their hands as they must go into the Snake Pit and take on the Gresham Park Rattlers and everyone knows that the running back they have can GO!!! It’s strength against strength and this game is possible a preview of the Frank Ski Bowl if Gresham can take of their business. How about Coach Larry and the Atlanta Colts and their big win against Douglasville. If its a big game and it’s close Coach Larry always makes sure to put his kids in position to win the game. North Paulding is in a good place and a bad place. With no one ranked in their league they must be impressive to continue to get the votes from the panel as they don’t have a single vote for first place but they are a very good team and look for them to win big this weekend as they continue to put on a show every weekend. Union City and Dekalb Yellow Jackets did not play as they will have to make up the game later in the season. There is a sleeper at the 12U Division right now as Campbell is flying under the radar lead by the mammoth QB, time will tell as he tries to lead his team to a win this week over a very solid Hillgrove team
