If you didn’t get a chance to watch the Clayton County Championship then you missed one of the best games this year. A battle between Eddie White and Pointe South was one for the ages that came down to the last seconds of the game. Dakota Leffew pulled off a game winner that will go down in Pointe South history as one of the one that brought a championship to their school. Rothschild continues to make some noise down in Columbus as they finally crack the top ten. Clements Middle School more than likely have sealed their seat at the table for the B2C Championship Invitational along with Ashton Hagan for the B2C Player of the Year as he is one of the names that is solidly at the top of the list. A late push by Anthony Edwards from Young and the duo of Mekhail Bethea and Jalen Perry at Dacula are right there in the conversation. Wheeler and Johns Creek continue to have an outstanding season as they now gear up for the CCJBC Playoffs. Stephenson has to be given credit as they have one of the best postseason runs in the state. Knocking off multiple #1 seeds in the their county playoffs, they now find themselves in the championship game against Miller Grove, should be a good one.
