The Atlanta Vikings went toe to toe with the #1 team in the state the Atlanta Tigers and came out on top. In a 18-14 battle. Both teams played well but it was the Atlanta Vikings coming out with the win. Atlanta Vikings are now ranked #2 in the State. The Atlanta Tigers have another good matchup next week with Decatur Army. If they don’t properly prepare themselves it could be two losses before headed into the playoffs. There is a new #1 and that is the North Henry Tigers Orange. After there quality win over a very good Central Dekalb team. North Henry sits on the top of the rankings all by themselves. The GA Rattlers put themselves in position to be in the top ten with a 13-12 win over the Atlanta Bulldogs. With the B2C extending to 5 teams this year it’s going to be a dog fight till the very end. Acworth now is at #3 and with Smyrna and Hiram High on their schedule it is no guarantee that they will finish the regular season undefeated.
