Buford will be crashing the GFL Championship party this weekend as they beat Parkview and now will be playing the #1 ranked Duluth for the county championship. Dylan McCoy from Buford played lights out on both sides of the ball RB/LB. If Duluth wins they are a automatic lock to make the B2C Championship Series. If Buford wins they have a chance to get in as it could probably put them in the top 4. Salem went to battle with a Stephenson team that gave them all they could handle but at the end Salem beat a very good Stephenson team to win the Dekalb County championship. They will be watching the Duluth vs Buford game closely to see if they will be getting the bid to the Championship Series. CJ Harris a B2C Prime 11 pick in the beginning of the season was phenomenal making an impact at Linebacker and a Running Back. Eddie White is blowing through teams down in Clayton County, they are loaded with talent and Coach Belton does a great job on the sideline coaching. Dutchtown was able to win their county championship in a close game with Ola. Their defense has been their calling card all year and they were able to lean on that defense again and win the Henry County championship. Central Carrollton led by underrated Quarterback JR Harris played great in their county championship including a play that will go down in the middle school history as JR Harris made multiple people miss and found his WR in the end zone for a TD. GMSAA has started their playoffs and all eyes are on McEachern. They have the most high powered offense in the state. Can they finish the drill and make out of the GMSAA with good teams like Rome, Carrollton, Roswell and North Cobb. If McEachern wins out they are a lock to make it to the B2C. Crawford Long becomes the first team to receive their invite to the B2C with a win over MLK in the APS Championship. In a close game Crawford Long was able to win their 27th straight game.
