All across the state you have different things happening. Valdosta has already won their county championship with a dominating performance. Clayton County heads into the playoffs with Eddie White, North Clayton, Babb and sleeper Rex Mill on a collision course. Eddie White is the most popular team as they have won multiple county championships. North Clayton has been dominant and probably has the most talked about prospect on their team in Kelsey Adams. Babb has a QB that has the ability to be very special and Rex Mill might just have Thebes player in the state at RB.
Dekalb County finishes out their regular season soon. Cedar Grove,Tucker, Lithonia and. Stephenson all have a chance to win the county and make it to the B2C Championship Series. In. The APS John Lewis, King and Bunche all have a chance but don’t be shocked if Sutton and Long are in the APS Championship with an opportunity to go to the B2C Championship Series. As of today the GMSAA is all Milton, they are the most complete team in the state offensively. In the GFL Buford is reliable, consistent and very good on both sides of the ball. With their passing game improving it will be interesting to see if they make it into B2C and matchup against some of the other better teams in the state. This could be Coach Gant (Buford) best year coaching. Coach Toby has Liberty playing at a very high level, we will see if the can finish undefeated on the season when their county playoffs start. Ola has an outside chance to make the championship series as they have been the most dominant team in the second half of the season.
