B2C Prime: Tee Webb
By: Junior Baker
Meet 15 year old “Stud” QB Tee Webb, Trevor Lawerence’s successor at QB for the Catersville High School Purple Hurricanes. Webb, standing at 6 foot 4 is an incoming freshman, with a ton of skill set at the the QB position. His highlight tape jumps out at you, with tons of pocket awareness, great arm strength, and size.
I just had a conversation with the him, and he told me, “that he wanted to be labeled a Dual-Threat QB. Most would think with him standing at 6 foot 4, weighing 170 pounds he couldn’t move. Not so fast my friend, he clocks a sub 4.8 40 time.
Within our brief conversation, he rattled off 6 schools that he would love to receive an offer from, by the end of his high school career. Those 6 schools include LSU, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Clemson, and Florida. He already holds an offer from the Louisville Cardinals, that he received as an 8th grader. I also asked him, “what was his favorite team as a child”, he named, “The Texas Longhorns”.
Tee Webb has won multiple awards in his youth career. He was named B2C QB of the Year (2015) and a B2C All American. Now as he moves into his high school career the sky is the limit for him. With Coach King at Cartersville High who has built a state championship winning program and the #1 player in the country Trevor Lawrence (2018) as his example he gets to watch everyday in practice there is no telling just how special he will become.
