Christopher “Roscoe” Hayes | #ItFactor

A star in the making, Being good or great at things aren’t as common for most. In fact, most people who are good in sports aren’t stars, they are just talented. Christopher ”Roscoe” Hayes happens to be a talented star. It helps that Roscoe’s parents blessed him with the athletic bloodline that has been passed down from generations. His grandfather played basketball overseas, his father Christopher Hayes Sr, attended Tennessee State University on a football scholarship as a wide receiver & his mother Ingrid Hayes ran track at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. They both will admit the biggest hurdle for them now is to keep Roscoe focused on one sport at a time.

Sports is one thing but raising a star is another thing.  A star is a star no matter where they are, or who they are around. People normally notice a star as soon as they walk in a room. A star is a star even if they were working the cash register at Burger King. In Christopher Hayes case he is just that when he is playing the piano, playing the trumpet in the band, fencing or even on a day when he unexpectedly drops a bomb on his parents about a solo singing act in school, not to mention football, baseball and basketball where he is elite in all.  Christopher has also thrived in baseball where he has won multiple USSSA Elite championships, most recently he helped lead the Dinger Athletics 11u to a USSSA 32 World Series.

Only a star who has never rode a bike before in his younger years would demand his older sister to take the training wheels off just to prove he doesn’t need assistance. This task of learning how to ride a bike for the first time was perfected by the time his parents made it back home from running errands, Roscoe was already a pro at it in a matter of minutes.

This past football season Christopher ”Roscoe” Hayes not only proved that he is a star, he proved much more. Roscoe proved that even playing on a team like the Falcons United 10u that’s filled with stars like Quarterback Hays Mcginnis and Athlete Caden Mosley, that he also belongs when we mention players that has the ”Itfactor”. In 2019 at Wide Receiver Hayes has helped lead Georgia’s Falcons United 10u to a B2C State Championship.  Roscoe is also the team’s Free Safety, the star is respected in that aspect if you ask his opposition ”why don’t they throw deep” the answer is met with another question other than the answer, ”If Randy Moss played free safety would you throw deep”? Well, that particular question doesn’t quite need an answer. If a better answer is needed then look no further than the star’s recent individual awards. Hayes was also awarded with a prestigious awards for his 2019 efforts, the B2C Receiver of the Year as he dazzled to the stage of the B2C Gala to recover them in star fashion. Not sure how Christopher tops 2019 this upcoming season in 2020 but like any star I’m sure he will capture most attention, humbly ready to showcase what he has added over the offseason.
