BRADENTON, FL — The Future Stars crew took their talents to Bradenton, Florida, home of the IMG Academy, to see who will have home field advantage at this year’s Future Stars Game. Check out the studs from this year’s tryouts:
6th Grade DB – Brian is a talented DB with excellent technique for a kid his age. A little undersized, he makes up for it with good change of direction and technique.
7th Grade TE/DE – Standing 6-3 and 212lbs Collins already looks like your typical big time defensive end. Very powerful player that is always the best athlete on the field and talented enough to be a dominant TE with soft hands catching the ball.
6th Grade Athlete – Robbie is an athlete that could play multiple positions on the field. He is talented and athletic enough to be equally effective on both sides of the ball.
8th Grade DB – Trebbles has the size, speed and ability to be one of the top cover corners in the state. He is confident with great cover skills. He always finds himself in a position to make a play on the ball.
8th Grade QB – Williams is a natural leader that displays great poise in the pocket and excellent arm strength. With his 4.8 speed in the 40 it makes him a dangerous threat when he decides to pull the ball down and run with it.
