CHATTANOOGA, TN — The Bills began in 1981 as part of the Tyner Youth Association. The Bills moved to Brainerd in 1989 and the Brainerd Bills were born. The program has made a major effect in the community, as other organizations. The Bills are the team everyone in Chattanooga wants to beat. The Bills even won three (3) basketball championships in the Chattanooga Basketball Foundation, which is also pattern after the Bills.
Parents must perform 12 hours in order to participate in the program. The coaches that have been there for years, most do not have a son playing. Several Bills that coach in the program.
The first Bills coaches were Efrin Stewart, Riley Walker both still there, Johnny Harrington, George Maffet and Donald Grayson.
