Youth Defensive Back of the Year Finalists

D. Hill – South Gwinnett Comets (8th Grade)
A absolute ball hawk at the safety position. Hardly ever allowed a play to go behind him all year long. When he got the ball in his hands he was more than likely looking to take it to the house. Very smart kid who understood formations. Led his team to the GFL championship game.

Nick Prince – Grayson Rams (8th Grade)
Arguably had the best year for a individual player in the GFL. Consistently made big time plays in big games. Every time someone would test his airspace he would make them pay by picking it off. Best thing about Prince is that he is physical. Had one of the most memorable plays in the GFL Championship where he delivers a blow that would change the game where the Rams would end up winning.
