Improvement Is The Biggest Goal

Last season excellent for Phillips as he was in the 8th grade and played for Oglethorpe Charter school in Savannah Georgia and helped lead his team to an undefeated season and a championship victory.

“I can say that off season went great I’ve joined the team at the end of the summer we’ve did 7o7 together I’ve got to known the team a lot more and build with them as family but this season has been rough we’ve only one 1 game out of the 9 games we’ve played people always say “your a freshman you still have more years left” but I hate loosing I want to have fun on the field and show my capability” says Phillips.

Philips has a lot of drive and is willing to do what it takes to be successful but to also help his team in all ways possible be successful as well.

“My plans for this season was to be better then last year every year they have played before I have got in high school they’ve only beat 1 team I want to try and break that by at least beating 2 more schools by next year that my accomplishment by shocking my city  that anything is possible you just have to put in the work and wait on God’s timing.” Says Philips.
