Off-season work is what prepares players, coaches and teams for the successes and failures of the next season. For Tramel Sparks and his team, they have really been putting the work in to be the best they can possibly be.

“I would say my off season has gone great I went great I was not playing really last season now I’m a full time starter I expect my team and me to have a good season and have a lot of wins.” Says Sparks.

“I enjoy football the most because of the contact and hitting people my goal as an individual is to go to the nfl of course but if I can’t make it happen or something happens I just want to be successful and live a good life with kids and a wife and my instagram is.”

You can expect big goals to be accomplished in the 2024 season from Tramel and his squad!
