“My offseason has been going good if say so myself i have been working with trench mob on my footwork and how to use my hands central Gwinnett offensive line coach has been teaching me how to come out quicker out of stance i am for sure gonna show case my quickness off the ball and hand placement .” Says Oscar Ramirez

Expectations for such an accomplished young athlete are naturally high from everyone else but it’s the same way for Ramirez.

“I expect myself and my knights to come out with 100% effort every play we sure are working that we stay consistent through out everything.”

One reason Ramirez is able to accomplish so much in such a quick time is he’s enjoying the game. It’s important for young athletes to always have fun while playing the game, it is a game after all. Many firmly believe enjoying something will allow you to gain the most out of whatever it is you’re enjoying.

“My enjoyment through football is the listens we learn from our coach’s that treat us like family and how we learn quick that it takes a team to take down a opponent with each other no matter how good of a team or how bad of a team.” Ramirez said.

“My goals for this up coming freshman season of mine is to be a varsity starter for central Gwinnett secure my spot with my play style i hope that me and my teammates both want to become a play off team this season we have strong dedication towards making that a reality this season.”
