Off-seasons for QB’s can be tough because it’s more than just what you’re doing on the field, it’s also about what’s being done off the field in the study room. QB’s must watch film, go over the playbook and take mental notes of just about all of the good and bad that can possibly happen in a game. Jones is making sure he is on his “P’s” and “Q’s” this off-season.

“My off season has gone great so far as i’m working on things to improve my accuracy, and my dual threat style. I am looking forward to showcasing my ability’s this season not only from a throwing standpoint but also a running perspective too!” Says Jones.

“I have high hopes for this upcoming season. While my team and I have won the GMSAA championship back to back I expect nothing less than a three peat this year!”

It’s a must for QB’s to enjoy the game because if not, it can become more like a job and not any fun. It’s very important to enjoy it and find ways to have reason to play it!

“I mostly enjoy the family that is built from football and that strong bond with my teammates!” Jones said.

“My goals for this season is to have an outstanding performance on the field but not only that, I would also like to be the best possible leader I can be, leading my team to a championship win!”

You can put your best bet forward that Jones will be ready to play come this season!
