Last season for Kerr and his team didn’t go as planned and they weren’t the only ones who felt that way last season. Many teams exceed expectations and many do not reach expectations, but that’s why teams grind all off-season right?

“Last season was not our best season, we went 1-9 I didn’t get play time until the last game.” Says Kerr.

However, it was just the start for Kerr and he plans to make a larger impact this season to help his team improve and it all starts with off-season activities as an individual and team.

“My off-season plans are to be able to get way stronger, I want to get invited to as many camps as possible to show I have what it takes.” Kerr said.

“I want to be more connected with my team, I want to have chemistry, and I want to have a winning season with my boys.” Kerr stated.

In order to see success or improvement of any kind, chemistry and hard work alongside of your teammates is a huge step to success. Be looking for Kerr and his team to make major improvement this upcoming season.
