Looking to Lead the Pack | Cross Land
Cross Land,  2027 QB – Calhoun

In Lands 7th grade year, him and his team won the GMSAA State Championship at Dalton-Hammond Creek Middle School. The following season, Land moved to Calhoun where he split his reps and played some on defense at MLB. Lands squad went undefeated in that season as well.

“My off season consisted of going to 25+ D1 football camps along with several QB specific camps. I participated in our Varsity Football and Varsity Basketball summer workouts. The football season went great. I was able to command my own team for the JV as a 9th grader, while at the same time serving as the back up for varsity. I threw for almost 1500 yards, 15 passing TDs, and 1 rushing td.” Says Land.

Very busy off-season for Land but a very successful one. This sets up for nothing but success when you stay active and work hard in the process.

“The plan for me this season was to develop and learn the offense, help win games, get exposure, and do whatever was necessary to set myself up to be the starter, and leader, of our football team for the next 3 years. My plan for the team this year was to win, play together, believe in each other, and develop chemistry.” Land Says.
