Working Beyond Expectations

Being a good player can have a load of expectations on you. For Parker it’s high expectations and then some. However, Parker takes that challenge very seriously as he came from a powerhouse program to another powerhouse program. Now playing at Rome everyone is waiting to see what the talented QB will do on the field.

A couple of months ago Parker played in the B2C All American game and was able to shine amongst the other elite players that were there.  He had one of the best plays of the day when he connected with a WR over the middle after climbing in the pocket.

Parker was able to take that and learn from his situation and grow and build on the change.

“I am planning on going to a few power five camps this summer. I’m really looking forward to going to Texas, TCU, SMU and Texas A&M. Last summer, I attended Clemson and Alabama camps.” Parker says.

Parker expects to do well at these camps as he has prepared for them over the seasons and off-seasons to be able to be as successful as possible during the camps which will only help him during the season.

“My family has been a huge help for me in my journey. My dad was a division one quarterback recruit, who became a college and professional baseball coach. My oldest brother, Jake had a good career at Cartersville high school and is playing college now. My other brother will be a senior and is looking to have a great year this year.” Parker states.

They all provide a lot of experience
